Quality of Life Update
2026-07-23Hello Detectives and Spies! We're back with another update! This patch focuses on improving the overall gameplay flow. 🧠 NPC Behavior Rework We've completely reworked how NPCs move around the map. NPCs are now spread more naturally across the map instead of gathering in the same areas. Their movement patterns have been improved to create a more believable and dynamic environment. This makes it more challenging for Detectives to identify suspicious behavior while giving Spies more opportunities to blend in with the crowd. 🗺️ Map Player Recommendations We've updated how map player recommendations work. From now on, all maps support up to 8 players, so you're free to play on any map regardless of your party size.

However, each map still displays a recommended player count to help ensure the best gameplay experience. You're free to ignore the recommendation if you'd like, but we recommend following it for the most balanced and enjoyable matches.
