Plans Moving Forward - Content Updates:

Thanks to everyone who's played the game! It's been a crazy feeling actually publishing one for the first time. We have sold over 50 copies in the first 3-4 days of the game being out with no real advertising. I have a lot of ideas for new content, and a few small new mechanics/features I'd like to add - But I am waiting to see how things go over the next couple of weeks before getting started on them. I'm trying to be a bit more practical with my time - And for now it seems more worth it to focus on the next project - But if Space Escape gets any tiny amount of traction, or we get some people letting us know they'd really like more content - Then I'll drop everything and start working on free content updates for the foreseeable future.

Fun game with a great progression loop. I love how crazy it gets once you get a bunch of upgrades. Total worth the price.

Currently as of writing this review, I have about 40 minutes of playtime, so my opinion may change if I play the game more. Also, if the developers are interested in how I came about the game, I found it on the forums of the love2d.org site. This game is a 2D action-roguelike. It's a fun roguelike shmup, with a bit more of a grind than I'd like. I dig the graphics, and the gameplay is satisfying enough. But due to how long it takes to really get anywhere I'm not too inclined to keep going after just a bit over 30 minutes. I liked it though. No regrets.
