This evolved into F-117 Stealth Fighter. I played this on my Commodore 64 in the late 80's and what an awesome game it was. I still fire it up every once in a while for nostalgia's sake. For me, this is a waltz down memory lane. It can't compete graphically with anything that has been released in the last 30 years, but the gameplay and fun factor are amazing. F-19 Stealth Fighter already felt like a good game back on the Amiga, but here it's "easier" to pick up n play. flying is simple but tense, missions make you play careful all the time, and it doesn’t need much to hook you. It’s direct, and it works. for OGs? this is gold. pure nostalgia that actually holds up. For curious players into retro stuff? yeah, worth checking. For new players expecting something...

The DosBox version included with ethe game does not work well at all. The game's mostly unplayable unless you decide to use something like DosBox Pure or one of the other forks. A pity.

Great Classic. Played it when it was new. Game play makes up for old graphics. Requires careful planning for getting around radars and having enough fuel to make it home. 4 difficult levels make it fun or intense to fly. Hope this is remade with modern graphics.
