Sailing The Winds

This game is basically a cheap Dredge rip-off, but without the Lovecraftian spin and without any of the charm Dredge has. The fishing minigame isn't terrible, but really basic, with zero variation. The characters are uninteresting. And the quests are just boring fetch quests. Refunded. Rating: ★★☆☆☆

Sailing The Winds is a very poorly made "job simulator", if you think about the kind of gameplay you get from games like Stardew Valley where you reveal a narrative through various minigames, except this game just has one activity, fishing. Except done really badly. And don't get me wrong, there's a market for these kinds of games... Stardew Valley itself was tremendously successful, and it was made with pixelcrap....
