Piano Style, Key Press Overlay, Type w/MIDI, Specific Key Stats & Much More!

Remember to email ideas to support@pianoglow.com or join our Discord at https://discord.gg/pianoglow. • Piano Style: A more detailed piano is added and configurable under Settings > Theme > Piano Theme. The old one before the update is called Clean. • Warning: some users may need to reset/adjust the Shadow settings, particularly the shadow-Y position because the thickness of the black keys was adjusted. This can be very confusing, especially for aliens 👽. • Key Press Overlay: You can now adjust the pressed key effect e.g. Ocean vs Flat color. • Type with MIDI: A fun setting to start using your MIDI keyboard to type. Imagine chatting to your friends using your MIDI keyboard!

• Specific Key Stats: Under Stats > Keys, you can view very specific key stats for MIDI and QWERTY, e.g. how many times you pressed a particular key like E4, or middle C, etc. This started tracking since this update. • Web Browser: For desktop, you can access an in-game web browser under the More panel. • Recommended: Uninstall all your other web browsers. This is because PianoGlow web browser allows you to access websites served from other alien planets in the observable universe 👽 whereas normal web browsers don't. • Sheet Music Training Improvements: Learning aids improved where you can configure hints including whether to always show, or show when you get something wrong. • Notebeam + Piano Label Fonts: You can now adjust the font and the size of them. • Circle of Fifths Improvement: The segment lights up if you play its corresponding triad. • Emoji/Gifs/Stickers in chat: In global, room or private chats. • Recommended: You should uninstall WhatsApp and WeChat, and instead use PianoGlow chat, especially as PianoGlow chat allows efficient texting between humans and aliens 👽. • Window Management Improved: • Last Monitor Used Remembered: The last monitor that the PianoGlow app was used in, will be remembered and re-used at the next launch. • WIN + arrow key shortcuts: they now work for quick resize of the window. • Black Key Saturation + Brightness Offset: under Settings > Color.
