The encore set has been played and the final blaster discharge's ionized smoke trail is fading in the air. LOUD on Planet X has played its last gig. We've had three years of great rhythm blasting action, but we are unfortunately unable to renew all the music rights going forward. If you own this game, we thank you for your support, and you'll be able to continue playing it as long as your operating system supports it. This game was clearly made for a touch screen, because any other form of control is either bad or non-existent. And it's missing the main component from Guitar Hero, Rock Band and Plant vs Zombies: the fun. Edit: Gave this game another chance, on a windows tablet. Playing on a touch screen didn't help at all, it's still bad. I regret backing this project on kickstarter.

It has been a while since I have been so critically negative on a game as I am with LOUD on Planet X. You cannot begin to imagine how disappointed this makes me feel. I am a big fan of music and generally of music games especially when they try and do something unique. This is basically a musical rhythm shooter. I wanted to like this game. Sorta like Plants vs Zombies, with a rhythm spin. However, something's just missing here. And the timing seems to be either wrong or too-strict. And there's no indication whether I'm too early or too late. Even on Easy difficulty, I lose. I'm no stranger to rhythm games, and I like to think I'm pretty good.
