Ninjahtic Mind Tricks is an 8-bit hack-and-slash platformer with stealth, adventure, and puzzle elements. Like it's predecessor, Ninjahtic, levels have an open-ended nature and are presented in a linear fashion. Though, several features have been added to the predecessor's formula to create a more varied experience.

Update - Version 1.2 (Achievements Added)

Other than the addition of achievements, other changes have been applied and are listed below. - Health now regenerates (albeit somewhat slowly) - Enemies deal more damage - Minor tweaks to enemy A.I. - Minor tweaks to platforming abilities If you haven't received this update yet, you may need to reinstall this game (15MB). Trying to master mind tricks turned into a lesson in patience and laughter. The game feels like my eyes are deceived and refusing to cooperate. Maybe I should just play hide and seek with my shadow!

I like all three of the Ninjahtic games. Ninjahtic Mind Tricks has some nice movement mechanics and interesting platforming layouts. Combat has some variety as well: you can knock enemies into spikes or off of platforms to instakill, you can throw them up in the air and then smack them, you can instakill certain enemies from behind, etc.
