it's essentially unplayable without controller. If you do have the controller you can play it to some extent but it's extremely jank. I appreciate the fact it's here and you can acquire the game legally, but i wish there were some actual attempt here at making the game somewhat playable

"What a piece of junk!" ~ Luke Skywalker I spent more time fighting DOSBox than the Empire, so I can't recommend this release. Whether I used an Xbox controller, mouse, or keyboard, the flying was wildly erratic, even after setting the sensitivity to 1%. The point-and-click shooting sections were okay with a mouse, especially in Rebel Assault II. The live-action cutscenes were cool, and I wish I could've seen...

Never played Rebel Assault 1 before but I did play the PS2 version a long time ago. The graphics there were overhauled and were 3D unlike in this version. It was an interesting story honestly, very basic but serviceable. You can really tell that they worked really hard to create the illusion of playing a movie (some transitions from cutscenes to gameplay are almost seamless and the backgrounds in the game are really...
