CyberLink PhotoDirector 8 Ultra

This a nice photo editor... but not a photo shop like program. It will edit photos quite well but if you are looking for a interface like photo shop I would look else where. Now if you need a powerfull photo editor and are willing to look past the interface it really is a very good editor just didn't meet my needs in the end.

Who needs this software? Anyone who is like me and let their mobile phone/tablet upload every picture ever taken to a cloud drive. Seriously, my photo collection is a mess. I always intend to sort through it later and to arrange things. Friends and family await the photos I took from that one event long ago where they want that cool picture from. Very good and Ideally only for photos, touching up, merging for panorama, dust removal, special effects with depth of field or colour and all that stuff and such. Now: If you have taken a led pencil drawing, scanned it, and want to make some improvements to the picture for example, remove the smudges, crop out unwanted parts, make selection for items in the picture and layer different items together to make a whole,...
