A magician has stored a rabbit in his enchanted top hat. Inside the hat is a pocket dimension he uses for storage. But the rabbit can smell a bag of carrots outside... help the rabbit hop out, for freedom and carrots! As you hop ever-upwards in this challenging game, you can save any time.

Need any help hopping your way through Hopping Up for It? It's a long way down, so here's a quick video which shows every hop (with any falls edited out) to help you make it up! Remember that unless you're on a no-saves run, you can of course save any time, and you can use right-click (minimum-sized hops) to inch your way back up while slipping off a steep edge. Happy hopping!

fun and hard game, felt intense a lot of the time including some "how is it possible to make this jump" kind of moments until you get it. probably more people will be able to make it all the way up because of the thing that lets you save anywhere (compared to "getting over it with bennett foddy" or "jump king" etc i guess but i have only completed one of those), but i cant imagine completing this one myself without...

Hopping up for it is a foddian game with a really punishing map. Fortunately, there is a mode where you can place checkpoint to practice for the no checkpoint mode. Even with checkpoint it took me around 1 hour to beat. But unfortunately, there is no achievement for clearing the game without them so the only motivation to finish it is the one you can find by yourself. "Hopping Up For It" takes a lot of inspiration from titles like Jump King and Getting Over It while introducing some key quality of life improvements. The ability to save your progress at any time is a welcome addition to the genre, allowing you to make the game as difficult or as easy as you want it to be. The ability to do minimum hops whenever you want is nice as well, and really helps when you almost make a jump...
