I generally like throwback games like this but unfortunately The End just isn't very fun and doesn't offer any sort of challenge aside from the trial and error of learning how to play. Get powerup, shoot stationary enemies. No real puzzles here, either. There's one area where you have to walk left to appear behind a barrier on the right side of the screen. (Atari 2600 logic?)
