Welcome Home is a narrative puzzle VR title. In this game, you play as a girl by the name "Jess". Apparently Jess' boyfriend has a surprise for her, but she'll have to work for it, by solving the puzzles that he has planted in the house. The game took me roughly an hour or two to complete. Refreshing escape room where the story is an important part of the game. Every object can be picked up and Jess’ voice comments on it like older adventure games which adds to the immersion. Most puzzles aren’t too challenging, except for the last one which is more difficult but makes sense once you ‘get’ it. Overall gameplay is your average escape room all the puzzles before the end are fairly easy. By the time I got to the final puzzle, which involves taking cubes found around the house and putting them in a specific order.
