Dog Duty

🌎 Overview 🌏 Dog Duty is an isometric real-time tactics game where the player must defeat three bosses to get to the final showdown. I enjoyed it for what it was, mindless fun. Although I picked it up for 90% off and played with mouse/keyboard which probably helped a lot. There's enough options in there to make it seem deep, although once I found my default character/weapon combo that worked I didn't feel the need to ever change it. The greater challenge was playing the for the B-side achievement. It's fine, retro and won't take more than 2-3 hrs...

An enjoyable ride which feels geared towards casual fans of the genre, if not absolute newbies. By no means a long game, and besides the campaign there is a horde mode playable in 3 different settings. Not much in the way of story, but the gameplay loop, while simple, is quite fun.
