Bug fixes: - Tank design do not start if player has already designed 10 tanks - More than 3 enemy battalions on a single node - Enemy battalion stops, and can not move, can not interact - Tactic panel on battle window has a missing word - Enemy retreat to the wrong direction - Player battalion speed calculation can be false after upgrade tank
