As much as i love board games and board game version of Tokaido, this little PoS has stripped my brain of numerous cells by bugging out in ways I - as a software engineer - could not even fathom

This game is fun and relaxing, but without the expansion packs it quickly becomes stale and has reduced replay value. If the expansions were released I'd buy them immediately and change this review to a thumbs up. I would also like to see an AI difficulty setting since the AI is a little to easy, even with 4 opponents I usually win fairly easily, unless I get really unlucky. Quick turns, beautiful implementation of the board game, and simple rule set make this a wonderful game to play and escape from the grind for a few minutes a day.

Simple game (and priced appropriately), with an absolutely lovely visual style. I don't know that it's the deepest of games but it's fun enough and I could see us maybe pulling it out again sometime to play with a friend.
