Bomb Chicken is a casual indie game made by my favorite indie game studio, Nitrome. After 8 hours getting all 10 achievements, this game was pretty neat, then okay, then kind of sucked, then it was a complete and utter trash fire. Bomb chicken starts off with a really cool concept. A puzzle platformer where you can't jump. The game starts off with some fun, simple puzzles, and continues that way for a while. As a big fan of Nitrome's previous endeavors, I wanted to love Bomb Chicken. Unfortunately, not only did I not love this game, I finished the final level happy it was over. While the environments are lovingly crafted and the pixel art up to par with Nitrome's high standards, the gameplay is just so deeply flawed that no amount of nostalgia for Nitrome's large roster of childhood classic flash games could save...
