I got this to play as a historical sim game using real players from the NBA. It was pretty easy to mod to do that although I can't figure out how to sim quickly through games. It doesn't have the extensive customization I am used to with Out of The Park Baseball but as the only game of this kind I can find for basketball it is passable if not brilliant.
