Added Death Mountain Level (still WIP)

At the start screen drive to the left to enter Death Mountain (or access through pause menu). This is one giant vertical climb without checkpoints so be careful!!

10/10 I congratulate the developer on such a rich understanding of the history behind piston-action jump pads and their failed implementation into automobiles in the late 1890s. The developer is obviously a true visionary in piston technology, a history buff, and potentially the offspring of Harold 'Piston' Kosoff. Godspeed to my fellow vandozers. I will see you on the spikes.

I just purchased and played Vandozer. I am new to gaming but this was a heck of a lot of fun. Easy enough to get started, but challenging. The physics is amazing the vehicles are out of this world. I highly recommend Vandozer.
