Genso YonbaiKen 2 has very unusual gameplay mechanics for a strategy-roleplaying game and executes them well. Rather than having a direct number of hitpoints, characters have their durability divided into multiple lives. A short but solid Touhou Tactical RPG! The whole game is in Japanese and, while I don't understand it, the mechanics were easily understood. There were some things here and there that needed me to use translator (such as recruiting Mystia) but that wasn't the game's fault. It was a relatively easy TRPG where grinding is rarely necessary except for maybe one or two difficulty spikes. I hoped for the game to be longer...
