Patch 1.5 Released - Several minor bugs fixed. - Added ability to choose a team size from 1 to 6 when starting a new campaign. - Improved texture quality of several characters such as the Tree Giant. - Improvements to the UI - Removed the tooltip that happens when hovering the mouse over an enemy character as it was too intrusive. Excellent game! It's pretty much the same game as Demon's Rise - Lords of Chaos, but instead of playing the evil guys, you can play the good guys, or a mixture if you choose. There are 30 different characters to choose from to make your adventuring party of 6. Lots of variety with tons of replayability! The developer of this game is awesome! Really seems to care about the games and releases patches pretty fast...

Bought this on sale for $4. I live in california and $4 won't get you down the street. That being said, this is possibly, (arguably) the best $4 I've spent. I wouldn't be mad or disappointed if I paid $10-15. Thats it's price range. It's a fun game thats turn based, lots of equipable slots for armor, weapons, and other gadgets. Pretty cool buy. If you are a fan of "closer to classic" but still modern and affordable...

Such a shame that they decided to advertise this game as a non pay to play app. Shouting about being a mobile conversion isn't the best way to sell games on the pc. Mobile app or not Demon's Rise is an amazing game. The variety of character types and the ability to tinker with party builds gives this game excellent replay value. More importantly, the turn based combat model is supremely well thought out and balanced...

this game isn't bad but does feel very bland. i don't like how you can not place your units before a fight because my melee keep getting stuck behind me ranged units. some of the characters you can use are creative and the levels are good enough. i just can't recommend this over something better. i think this is a solid 5/10 so if you can get past the blandness you can have alot of fun here.
