Oh Lord, another stoopid "meme" game. Of course, I only have myself to blame if I insist on buying them... At the very least it's better than it looks, and a darn sight better than the "Uganda" game I recently subjected myself to. Stop! Dictator is your typical silly game that offers simple game play just for fun and these kind of game definitely have their charm. Worth while if you like these kind of games!

Its literally impossible to get a 200 combo or a score high enough to get a rank higher then F- so you cant even get the achievments without hacking them. That was like the only reason to buy the game was the achivements.
