Not recommended. I've played the game several times with varying strategies and each time failed to figure out a way to build a sustainable city. So after 18 hours of game play, and discussing with other friends who have played, I believe that the balance of the game is broken. I've tried to contact the devs but they've not responded.

This would be a great phone game. Right now it badly needs the ability to scroll with wasd or at the very least the arrow keys, this side scrolling only is very... retro. No zooming is also quite a pain and is something you would think would be a basic feature. Once your map gets quite full no zoom and no scroll makes it very painful to manage. Uttter garbage, I played it for 20 minutes before I was utterly uninspired to play anymore. You have 14 building to choose from. The hospital is the only building that increases population by 1, this makes for really long waiting times. You start with a population of 100. In 20 minutes running at max speed (2x) I was able to build 2 hospitals and get up to 102 population, at which point I had enough. Your free...
