Summary (April 2026): There are the real seeds of a brilliant and very unique game, here. But by release time the player needs a lot more agency and control over what is going on so that the systems of the game can shine. The game also needs an expansion of content between the "trench/battle/camp" layers to make it feel more strategic. I really hope the developer takes note of this, as they've built the main bones...

The game itself is fine, definitely potential for it to become something really good, but after just under 2 hours, i started to lose interest, the managing of your men's happiness vs your leaders happiness was interesting, and the balancing on not overworking your men but still doing what your leaders ask was honestly kind of fun to work at, but the actual combat missions felt... off, animations would glitch out...
