She is Mermaid was a fun little read about a stereotypical science nerd coming face to face with a fantasy mermaid in the form of his childhood friend. While the games characters are heavy with normal stereo types which may feel over done and shallow at first; the novel does a great job at keeping their consistency throughout so that rather than being trope-y esque the characters end up feeling more fleshed out due...
