User interface • Added new tooltips when hovering over different tools (thanks Filip from the Discord server for the suggestion): • Added fun speech bubbles to buildings when power is cut • Doubled the UI scale range to better support 4K displays (thank you ThePiachu for reporting) • Updated the look and feel of UI dropdowns Misc • Added a new music track • Updated localization strings with latest translations

I think this game has a lot of potential. The mechanics seem very good and enjoyable. The interface looks nice and clean. The graphics look good and the style is nice. But, oh my gosh, the mouse controls are so very frustrating. The UI has several different states you can be in given what you have clicked on and what mode you are in. Haven't played much, yet. I didn't expect the gameplay to be so... sokoban like? I expected wire routing to be less of a concern (arbitrary crossing/splitting allowed), and to have to deal with a dynamic system (like power management in a SimCity), but instead each scenario is fixed.
