Skybox Painter 3D is a painting tool, that can be used to paint skies in a 360 degree environment. It has a lot of features, that were optimized for the purpose of drawing skies like for example light calculations for clouds.

the interface is kind of clunky, and the brush just randomly stops working.

Runs on my (2011) i3 2.2Mhz 8Gb RAM Nvidia 410M Laptop that sucks by 2019 standards.
