Need a neutral option. In reality don't see how all these department heads would be in such meetings together, nor how and why you would be involved if not being a department head yourself. A very basic game of choosing random answers to random questions that affect a group of office workers in unpredictable ways and you have to balance them to achieve different outcomes. I assume it might be possible to make a chart of the affect your answers have on each person to get all the achievements but honestly it`s not a worthwhile use of anyones time.
