Recommended. An open-city boss gauntlet in Mesoamerican futurism that stakes everything on flight and spectacle over combat depth, and mostly earns it.
Jetpack boost, wall-grab and endless float make traversal the best part of the package, with city challenges (fights, pursuits, memory hunts) giving every flight purpose and completed events clearing from the map. The god-monster roster supplies six-plus properly...

At first I struggled to engage with the game, but then I must admit it caught my attention and I had a lot of fun. The thing that drags the game down (something MULAKA didn't struggled with) is how dialogue-heavy this is.

Swing and a miss
Aztech Forgotten Gods is a game I really do want to like. It's indie, goes for the South-American vibe with a sci-fi angle and PS2 aesthetics. But the TLDR is that while it tries to do a lot, it misses the mark on basically every mark.
Vocals are limited to grunts/belches, our protagonist has the worst case of anime hair since Yugioh, 3D-movement is maximum clunckage and combat just boils down...
