Exploration Mode Update

2025-04-16

New Game A = Action Mode New Game B = Exploration Mode Route A is the original game. Route B could be described as a mini metroidvania. Explore a new version of the Entangled Planet with remixed levels and boss encounters, with some unused assets added back in for a few new surprises. This update is free to everyone who already purchased the game, so don't expect too much new content. That said, this game mode is pretty much a completely new game. It is coming together nicely and should be releasing sometime this year or in 2026.

Very interesting game in both concept and execution. I was really interested in playing it myself after watching gameplay snippets. Sadly, my experience was cut short by my own hardware - defective arrow keys. Controller is also out of my realm of possibilities at the moment. Still, I think this game deserves a large thumbs up for aesthetics alone (and a ). Sega Genesis-style ambient is just the icing in the dark...
