Because of the loans you start with less money and have to make smarter choices to make a profit. Richbroker is an idea for a game that's promising.... but the execution is not great. It's basically real estate development. Build then flip, then build and keep building. Simple concept and addicting premise, and easy to learn. The way this game starts to fall apart is lack of consequences. You can build 5 lots at a time, flip them, and then continue. However, there's no "demand" concept in this game, so once you...
