Fallen is an interesting take on the foddian genre. You control your launch power, and can launch in 8 direction. Doing multiple small hop also carry the momentum a little bit. Touching any platform makes you fall, but while you do a charged jump, you can go trough platform without falling as long as you land somewhere where there is no platform.
