This game is just plain fun and silly. Feels like a low-budget daytime anime movie quirky localization (in the best way).

This is a good, breezy SNES-style action RPG, with emphasis on the action. It's a little too short - only 3 quick dungeons - even for what it is, I wish it had one big final dungeon at the end, at least. I'm not a huge fan of the giant mecha boss fights, but the game is still pretty good. IMO Inti Creates could make a great, full-length action ARPG in this style.

im going to forget i played this is a week. Game is only two hours long, really feels like its missing content, even the characters talk about how easy it was to get to final boss. You just walk right in, theres not even a final dungeon, despite the fact there was a cool hell gate that definitely looked like it was supposed to be a level. combat is rudimentary, exploration is non existent, there is no reason to...

Is it corny? Yeah. Is it kiddish? Yeah. But is it fun? Also yeah. Simple, short, but the gameplay is tight with cool mechanics for the most part. Visuals and music are cool, and it's all very reminiscent of 90's top-down adventure games, and kid anime - like Digimon. Given the price, definitely worth it. Really I only have two complaints. 1. Characters need to just...stop talking during the boss fights. Text boxes...
