Bindings + Sync Fixes

Hello, We've updated the game to include the following fixes: 1. Corrected the FPS calculation on screens over 60Hz 2. Corrected audio output on devices different than 48Khz 3. Added the option to change the default gamepad binding Hopefully this solves the problems we got reported regarding those issues!

Goofy classic action game where you beat up dudes across Asia and Europe. Fun enemies, interesting environments, quick stages. It's a nice and easy game. I always appreciate the inclusion of rewind/save state functionality as well (maybe that's why it was easy for me). Get it!
