I could not get this to play correctly on Steam deck, which is a shame because this is a great game that is fantastic to play through 2 or 3 times. Overall, a really decent game with some amazing ideas that just aren't executed to perfection. It really felt like this was supposed to be something far bigger. I would love to see some sort of second attempt at things (or the sequel they lightly tease during the credits of the true ending). Quick rundown on DLC: All Costumes/Additional Map-Quest Bundles might be worth it, everything else isn't - it's just consumable items. You don't even need DLC, base game is complete package by itself and often goes on sale for dirt cheap. It's a great low budget JRPG, think XCOM-style JRPG with death game elements to it (or amogus elements if you will).

LD is a more unique game than the sum of its parts might suggest. Combat is surprisingly deep (with skill investment trees that really pay off) and the story, while falling into a few tropes of the niche, holds you hostage with genuine anxiety over which member of your squad you could lose. Looks like the last working driver for this game is AMD Radeon Software 24.5.1, newer than that this game won't work or black screen. Definitely not recommended if you plan to play new games, you will always need to be stuck to older AMD drivers.
