I saw this on /r/VisualNovels and thought eh, it's 4 bucks, I'll give it a go. And then after a half hour I realized I could use that 4 bucks to buy 4 Arizona iced teas instead.
It has a lot of typos, it doesn't even have a combat system even though it calls itself an RPG, the only thing 'checking your surroundings' does is unlock more dialogue options that lead to nowhere. Not to mention the dialogue options are...

I really liked the little details, and how some choices were actually tough. Like the fact that you can walk out of the story at any point if you got the money and think your children need you more than some NPCs. Or like you can get really different endings based on how selfish you choose to be at different points. Makes you think about life choices of other game characters.

"The Tavern" offers a decent price-to-quality ratio. I admit, it cuts it a little close, but it still fell on the positive side.
It's a short game; one full run took me an hour to finish. I found the main character quite likeable, and I enjoy playing as mothers on a quest (Fallout 4, don't interact). There's quite a lot of descriptions for items laying around, and they all show Nalia's personality quite well.
