The graphics are terrible, and the game itself is very confusing — it was hard for me, a girl,, to figure out what to do and where to go... The interface is bad, the menu is inconvenient. While it was charming at first, its pretty janky. The inventory system is entirely too cumbersome. The combat isn't great, half the time your attacks aren't registering because the enemy "dodged" but you can clearly see your sword swiping through them. The minion system is lacking a lot. First off, I love the premise. After playing the game, it wasn't how I thought it'd be implemented, I thought it would be more of dungeon defense where you are the boss. Okay, the short of it is, this is not the game they show in the trailer. You do not defend a cave of treasure. You do not defend your realm against would be treasure or glory hunters. (Yes, you do defend against a single wave of enemies 3 times throughout the game but that's it.) There is no controlling a dragon or troll or whatnot, as shown in the trailer or video. I played it on demo. Idea looked good to me, was hoping that full version would be nice. What we have: 1. Inventory management does not use best practices, you just hold mouse and hover it. In 2024 not acceptable. 2. Base management is very simple, just grindy, nothing else. Troops management is dumb, you cannot sort them, you can do nothing with the list. When you revive troop it just appears somewhere in the list....

Could have been worse. Definitely could have been better. The story, city building, combat, and leveling systems all seemed lacking. It's as if they had this great concept to combine a bunch of different ideas together, which could have been great, but then they only half-developed each of those things.

Not quite ready for early access but marketed as complete. Enemies and minions constantly teleport all across the map. Enemies also frequently go invisible and can not be harmed but still can hurt you. As for the minions at your base, when you send them out on expeditions they can succeed and give you rewards, but then their status stays "on expedition" forever, so you can never send them out again. Unfinished game 1. Imbalanced items – You can get weapons/armor for higher levels that are weaker than those for lower.
